General Instructions to Parents

1. All parents are expected to co-operate by their presence along with their ward at every PT Meeting or when informed.
2. Parents must ensure that their ward brings the necessary textbooks and notebooks required for the classes along with completed assignments.
3. Parents are requested to peruse the school diary of the ward daily and ensure that the instructions are followed diligently.
4. Parents are welcome to discuss any specific needs of their wards if any legitimate complaint they can meet the Principal or teacher by prior appointment, without fear of reprisal.
5. Criticism of a student’s teacher or school in the presence of your ward should be scrupulously avoided.
6. Results declared at the end of the year are final and binding.
7. Parents are hereby informed not to encourage home parties, or arrange parties by booking a party hall involving classmates or school mates, which is strictly against the conduct of the school.
8. Parents to send snacks and lunch in separate tiffin boxes along with napkin, and spoon daily.
9. All parents are expected to send their children regularly to school. Absence without permission from the examination/class test and at the re-opening of class after holidays will be viewed seriously.
10. Parents are requested to conduct themselves with decorum while dealing with complaints on the school premises.
11. Parents are urged to be prompt in paying fees.
12. Parents are advised to make the child devote sufficient time to study at home.
13. Trust your children, and give at least 5 positive strokes to your children every day.
14. We need to be a role model in our child’s life.
15. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in the observance of all the Regulations from time to time, to help their ward maintain good Academic standards throughout the year.
